Drafting from the experience of working agile since 2007, I\u2019m offering a variety of agile training tailored to distinct audiences. Some of these trainings are designed to offer the same content as certified Scrum trainings<\/strong> (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster Training or Certified Scrum Product Owner Training), the sole difference being: While I am both Certified Scrum Professional\u00ae – ScrumMaster and Product Owner<\/a> I\u2019m not a Certified Scrum Trainer, so I can in turn not certify<\/strong> participants in my trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking for an officially acknowledged piece of paper saying you possess knowledge, I\u2019ll need to recommend you to someone else. If you\u2019re looking for the knowledge of such trainings itself – I can provide that along with a wide range of real life scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshops \/ seminars for developers, teams and ScrumMasters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For developers, teams and ScrumMasters: Training focuses on technical excellence, collaboration and the basics of agile ways of working. (1 to 3 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it\u2019s 2-day version, the training is similar to a Certified ScrumMaster training. It contains various fun exercises and games to both convey knowledge and keep everybody engaged and has some capacity for Q&A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it\u2019s 3-day version the training contains topics from the POs and managers training: anaging backlogs and working with product portfolios. Furthermore we address technical aspects of software development (test driven development, continuous integration and continuous deployment) and how these go hand in hand with agile software development. We\u2019re elaborating on how self-organization of the team can work and which practices support this. Most important however: How does the team get the mandate to organize themselves, how do we create trust?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The not highly recommended 1-day version saves on the games and exercises and is more of a lecture\/classroom teaching-style with the contents of a CSM training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshops \/ seminars for Product Owners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For Product Owners: Training focuses on backlogs and alignment and collaboration across product portfolios. (1 to 3 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it\u2019s 2-day version, the training is similar to a Certified Scrum Product Owner training<\/a>. It contains plenty of games and fun exercises to both keep everybody engaged and convey knowledge and has some capacity for Q&A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it\u2019s 3-day version the training contains topics from the teams and ScrumMaster and the manager training: Technical excellence, collaboration and multi-project-management, program- and portfolio management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
