Since 2007 loads of experience in complex projects with a teamsize of 3 to 10 developers. Agile Coaches Team Lead, thus coaching coaches and shaping processes for an organization of 100+ engineers. Having both perseverance and the willingness to compromise I know how to use my excellent organizational skills to lead teams to high productivity. An agile mindset helps me to execute tasks efficiently and on time and even more important: With enthusiasm, passion and personal heartiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I had a big share in organizing companies&#8217; overall team structure and established agile in most of those teams.
