Ratings, reviews and testimonials are important. But why would I duplicate the recommendations I’ve received on LinkedIn here? (Info for developers: Of course I’d embed them here, but without me hiring people I won’t be granted full LinkedIn API access.)
Nonetheless here’s some negative and positive things people said about the trainings I gave:
★☆☆☆☆ “Doesn’t speak Russian.”
I do, but очень плохо.
★☆☆☆☆ “Too many games when explaining agile concepts.”
Learning and having fun is not a contradiction.
★☆☆☆☆ “He never got us to participate with candies 🙁 “
But I got them to participate.
“I like that you always manage to bring structure to the meetings/sessions you hold – that’s why I’ve asked that you also attend our [project] workshops to help mold the discussion parts. Also the organisation of games/activities on the product workshop was really nice and I think we all got a lot out of that, defining what we do and what we don’t do.”
– Andrew Grant
“Always approachable and engaged into really making things work, not just saying some pretty words and disappearing until the next meeting.”
– Pedro Garcia Mota
“Patient, dedicated, never gives up.”
